Here are some details about our key personnel:

Stephen Cusack -  Engineering Director :

Stephen has a BSC in physics from UCG and a National Diploma with Merit in Industrial Instrumentation from RTCG.

He worked in Waterford Crystal as a project engineer in the early 90's  before forming his own company.

He has vast experience in Circuit design, electrical panel design,  PLC programming, SCADA , robotics , HMI design and Machine Safety.

His latest qualification is as  a Certified Machine Safety Expert (CMSE) from TUV Nord.

Sarah Hanratty - Automation Engineer :

Sarah has a degree is Applied Physics from DCU.

She worked in Honeywell as a CIM Engineer  and Nypro as  Process Engineer before becoming an associate of Kinetic in 2004.

She has since then been involved in projects and the day to day running of SCADA systems, RFID equipment, Vision Systems, Robotics,  Visual Studio, PLCs, Motion Control and SQL server.

Paul Murphy - Automation Engineer:

Paul is a qualified electrician and a Certified Machine Safety Expert (CMSE) from TUV Nord.

He worked with Honeywell as their controls Engineer before becoming an associate of Kinetic in 2016.

Paul has a wide range of expertise in PLCs, Robotics, Machine Safety, Panel Design and build and is an expert machine trouble-shooter.
